The company is privately owned by Jonathan Fagan (non-practising solicitor) and Dr Clare Fagan, both specialist legal recruiters with over 35 years recruitment experience between us.
Jonathan Fagan LLM FIRP Cert RP is a qualified solicitor and Managing Director of Ten-Percent.co.uk Limited, the specialist online legal recruitment service. He studied law at Leicester University and Frankfurt University before training with a specialist practice. On qualification he worked for a Chambers-listed firm before going in house, subsequently founding Ten-Percent Legal Recruitment and the Ten-Percent Foundation, a charitable trust linked to the recruitment agency (we donate 10% of our profits to charity every year as a result of this!).
Jonathan personally handles the majority of In House legal vacancies registered with us, and has worked with over 1,500 in house legal departments and law firms since April 2000. Peter Gresty FIRP is a qualified recruitment consultant and Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals. Peter has been working with Jonathan Fagan Legal Recruitment and TP Legal for over 10 years, assisting clients from large multinationals through to regional companies. He has extensive experience sourcing candidates and headhunting as required.He also works with a wide range of law firms on vacancies at a senior level.

Unlike a lot of the larger agencies, when you work with us your communication will be solely with Jonathan Fagan FIRP, our Managing Director, a non-practising solicitor with over 15 years recruitment experience, and Peter Gresty FIRP, a Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant with over 10 years legal recruitment experience.
